If you are on the SPP weekly injection program and are interested in taking shots home with you, ask your nurse about it today.

You must be on the shot for 4 weeks.
You can take home 1 to 3 doses, and they must be at the same dose you’re currently on.
You need a one-time take home kit that provides you with an insulated carrying case and a nipper to disposal of your needles.
This is a great option to save you on time, gas and if you are traveling.
