Dr. John Love
Medical Director and Weight Loss & HRT Specialist

Dr. John Love, MD is the co-founder, CEO, and Medical Director for Before-N-After INC. He is passionate about partnering with patients to optimize their health through weight loss, exercise, hormone replacement therapy, and achieving their desired aesthetic results. Dr. Love is also an emergency medicine specialist and has been practicing for 26 years. He graduated from Uniformed Services University Of The Health Sciences in 1994 and specializes in emergency medicine. He is a retired Navy Captain and continues to work at Scripps Health.

Dr. Lou Orosz
Medical Director and Weight Loss & HRT Specialist

Dr. Lou Orosz is a board-certified emergency medicine specialist that has 30 years of practice experience. He graduated from the University of South Alabama College of Medicine in 1990 and completed a one year surgical internship before joining the US Navy. During his 21 year Navy career he completed his Emergency Medicine residency in 1999 and subsequently served in overseas posts in Guam and Rota, Spain. Since retiring from the Navy in 2012, Lou has worked as an Urgent Care Physician in San Diego area and as a Medical Director for Before-N-After Inc.

Jill Duron
Practice Manager

Jill Duron is a Regional Manager who partners with CEOs, executives, and human resource specialists to grow their personal and professional brands, human-to-human. After spending nearly two decades working in personnel management, training, and development for multimillion-dollar brands and startups, Jill knows what truly drives the health and wellness industry. Jill has landed and mastered positions in sales, coaching, education and connecting with customers one on one. Her reputation in the industry is one of great trust, knowledge and living as the example. She was hand selected to partner with the CEO of Medifast California to launch a brand that was recognized by Forbes Magazine as one of the top 100 “most trusted” companies. Her contributions entailed a ground-up launch from planning, budgeting, and allocation of resources as well as vetting all prospective employees and managers. Jills mission is to help support people in achieving their health and aesthetic goals.

Mike Chammout, N.P.
Aesthetic Injector

Mike is a compassionate Nurse Practitioner working in our Menifee location. He comes to us from the LA county area. Mike has 8 years of outpatient experience to include advanced aesthetic skills, holding certifications in various injectable procedures. Mike loves working with his patients to help them achieve their aesthetic dreams. Mike continues to strive for excellence, he is currently working on his Doctorate degree with a focus on aesthetics.

Hannah Sims, R.N.
Aesthetic Injector

Hannah is a registered nurse working in our San Marcos location. Hannah was born and raised here in San Diego. She achieved her masters of science in nursing through the University of San Diego in 2008. She has spent most of her career in emergency departments and urgent care settings. For the past 6 years Hannah has been able to combine her love of aesthetics with her nursing background, specializing in Botox and dermal fillers. She believes that every person is different and focuses on listening to the clients desires when enhancing their natural beauty. She also sees the importance in staying educated and up to date on latest in the aesthetic world. Hannah strives for nothing but the best for her clients and their aesthetic goals.

Alyssa Everson, L.V.N.
Weight Loss Nurse

In 2011 Alyssa became an LVN. I have been working at Before-N-After for 10 years. I have lost over 160 pounds and understand the struggles that most people face in trying to lose weight and to keep it off. My ability to relate has helped others in achieving their weight loss goals as well. In the lead nurse role, I am responsible for the clinics staying compliant and leading a team of nurses. I enjoy cooking and often share my daily recipes on social media. Eating healthy does not mean it has to be plain or boring, friends.

Rachel Griesinger, L.V.N.
Weight Loss Nurse

Rachel has been an LVN nurse since 2014 and she absolutely loves her job. Being able to help those on their weight loss journey and seeing people become the best versions of themselves is such a joy for her. She is a wife and mother, when she is not at the clinic she is enjoying time with her boys. Rachel also loves photography and capturing life’s most precious moments on film.
