Jill Duron is the Chief Operating Officer of Before N After, overseeing operations across seven locations in San Diego and Riverside counties. She works closely with the clinical and leadership teams to support staff, strengthen daily operations, and create a welcoming, consistent patient experience. Jill also helps expand access to the company’s weight loss, hormone therapy, aesthetic, and telemedicine services, with a focus on personalized care and ongoing support.
