LOU OROSZ, MD

Lou Orosz, MD, is a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician with more than 30 years of medical experience. He graduated from the University of South Alabama College of Medicine in 1990 and completed a one-year surgical internship before joining the U.S. Navy. During his 21-year Navy career, he completed his Emergency Medicine residency in 1999 and served overseas in Guam and Rota, Spain. Since retiring from the Navy in 2012, Orosz has practiced urgent care in the San Diego area and served as Medical Director at Before N After, bringing extensive clinical experience and a commitment to patient-centered care.
