Who does your BOTOX® and Juvéderm®? Is it a doctor?

What is Brilliant Distinctions program?
Allergan Rewards Program where patients receive points for services that use Allergan products and the points can be redeemed for cash off future services.
Do you bill insurance or take flex spending?
We do not bill insurance but we do take payment via flex spending debit or credit card.
Do you need an appointment for your services?
Yes, for aesthetics and for new weight loss clients.
Do you require a deposit for an appointment? If so, is it refundable?
No for weight loss. Yes, for aesthetics. It is refundable if you cancel more than 24 hours prior to your appointment, or if you get 25+ units of BOTOX®.
If I haven’t been in for several months do I need to see the provider?
Absences greater than 6 months need a brief re-evaluation by a provider at no additional cost.
